Total height covered, h=22 X 13cm (22 no. of stairs, height of 1 stair=1cm)
=2.86m
g=9.81m/s2
Time taken to climb stairs, t= 11s (averaged over 5 data samples)
So, Work done= Energy consumed= m*g*h
