In the notes and slides in Unit #1 you read about what it means to be physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. Using the criteria in those notes (printed in blue on page 2), apply the information to your own life in order to better understand your current state of health:
1.Explain which one of these dimensions is your strongest.
2. Explain which one of these dimensions is your weakest.
3. Identify at least one change you could make, and would be willing to make, to become healthier in your weakest dimension.
Each answer (1,2,3 above) should be a long paragraph. Make sure you are including/integrating information from the notes into your answers. You must assess your health using the criteria for each dimension that you will find in the lecture notes on page 2.
