	1a) Using the same case study you used in the first part of this assessment, the Analysis of a Case Study, identify
an urgent risk area. Ensure your answer details why you have identified this risk area including specific information
about the client and support your risk assessment with evidence from the current literature.
	 The client is showing the suicidal tendencies as when asked about whether he though of worthiness of living, he gives the affirmative answer. He is having high stress at work which leads to depression. He is grieving the death of his mother but he failed to address his grievance. He is currently in denial. As suggested by Bruine Bruin, Dombrovski, Parker, and Szanto (2016), people in depression often develop the suicidal tendencies. The client is in depression as it failed to address its grief. As mentioned by Li, Tendeiro, and Stroebe (2019), addressing the complicate grief is necessary to prevent depression. 
	1b) Identify one nursing / midwifery intervention you would undertake directly with your client to address the risk area noted in question 1a and include a rationale for the intervention. 
Ensure the intervention includes how, who and when you would actually carry out the intervention. Your rationale should state why you would carry out the particular intervention. Ensure literature is included. 
1a and 1b – 200 words in total 
	Based on the condition of the client, counselling is need to be done. Client must be given grief counselling.  As mentioned by Breen, Croucamp, and Rees (2018), grief counselling is a therapy which is given to the people who have high impact of loosing the someone close. Grief counselling allow the person to cope with the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive response towards loss.
