With this learning contract I want address the evolution in role of the nurse that essentially emerges from the education for the profession as well as from the structure of how the organisation in nursing are structured. I have performed an extensive and exhaustive analysis and research to address the issue of changing role of nurses in the future. All these documents have strongly urged the strong adaptation of patient-centred approach.
