Introduction 
This research is helpful to identify the key psychology research and different types of 
research methods. This psychological research would be appropriate to identify the different kind

Literature Review and Argument 
According to Dindia and Allen (1992), the disclosures can be defined as the significant 
and comprehensive documents that contains or deals with confidential as well as impartial 
criminal records or history about an individual. Basically, this is held or managed by the 
government department and police of a state. In addition, this document or information can also 
be used by a particular organization or employer in order to make effective recruitment decision 
for the smooth function of the organization.  
Fox & Schwartz, (2002) also support the views of Dindia and Allen (1992) that it should 
also be noted down that this is more effective documents that help the businesses to choose best 
candidate for their organization. In the same manner, there are a lot of reasons that people makes 
the disclosure. For example, this is made by the people so that the information on the criminal 
background can be analyzed effectively. Additionally, the information can also be collected 
about the overall history about an individual. So the people make discloser. Finally, it can be said 
that, to know the background record about an individual discloser are created by the people 
(Joinson, 2001). 
In the current, there are various factors that can be used in order to predict whatever a 
person makes disclosures or not. For instance, the social demographic characters tics is one of 
the most significant factors that helps in analyzing whatever a person makes a disclosure 
(Paulhus, 1984). On the other hand, the experiences of individual, different facilities for the 
individuals, etc. are also important factor that directly or indirectly affect the disclosures. In
