Assessment Details
Background
The research report provides a detailed description of a proposed research idea. It is similar to an essay and
needs to be in a formal style with introduction, body and conclusion. In addition it requires a critical
analysis and a coherent presentation.

Requirements

contents and references
ibliography). The purpose of this task is to assist students to prepare and write a
scholarly paper at an appropriate standard for this level of study.

You have already done quite a bit of work for this research in tutorials: you should have a tentative research
issue, strategies and evidence to persuade your readers about the significance of the problem you’re
esearching, as well as the validity of your research issues. You also should consider opposing views or good
counter-arguments that you can address in order to help establish your credibility and enhance the relevance of
your paper.

A. Report Layout (20%)
The mini research report must contain the following sections, submitted in the order as listed
elow-
• Title – selection of an informative title
• Abstract - summarization of the significant concepts in the proposed study focusing on
key aspects (300 words max)
• Introduction – outline of the thesis, problem, research question, etc. (stating the thesis/theory
in terms of relationship among variables and examining the problem or investigating the
question, or the like) and preview of the structure of the paper.
• Literature Review- demonstration of the ability to find significant sources, familiarity with
the existing body of knowledge, analysis of existing research, and learning through a careful
eading of existing scholarship.

• Methodology- procedures and processes undertaken in your investigation/study including
the research design– study type, variables, and data collection methods (as applicable).
• Discussion and implications of research – Discuss with reasons whether your
study needs Ethics clearance. Discuss findings that might occur and their potential
impact on the field
• References- include relevant literature sources (in-text citation and a list of full-
text references)
• Appendices (if applicable) - tables, graphs, charts or any other- related to the study
not included in the main paper but refe

IMPACT OF 5G ON HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (HRM)
IMPACT OF 5G ON HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (HRM)
RESEARCH PROJECT
1: Introduction
Research Aim
The main aim of this research is to provide a detailed study of the different aspects associated with 5G internet services. The processes of the implementation of the different benefits and harms that it can do to the activities of human resource management have been discussed and examined closely within this research paper. Besides that fulfilling the different objectives and answering the questions related to it is the main aim of conducting this research.
Research Objectives
To evaluate the different concepts of 5G internet services within human resource management
To analyse the different strategies of implementation of 5G within an organisation
To recognise the different effects of 5G internet services upon an organisation
To identify the different issues related to the 5G internet service within an organisation
Research Questions
What are the different concepts related to 5G internet services within human resource management?
What are the different strategies of implementation of the 5G internet services?
What are the different effects of 5G internet services upon an organisation?
What are the different issues related to the 5G internet services within an organisation?
1.1 Background of the Study
In the age of modernisation, there are different innovations of different new technologies and advancements. These advancements lead to the innovation of the internet, through which people can acquire information about different things. With time, the speed of the internet has risen a lot. Initially, the internet was if 2G speed. After that, it has evolved to 3G and 4G respectively. In recent years, there is the emergence of the new 5G internet, which is experimented for using in the different business establishments.
Whether this new service of the internet is eligible, useful for the business environment, and beneficial for the activities of human resource management or not is defined in this research paper (Rao & Prasad, 2018). Through the discussion about the various aspects of the 5G internet service, a better understanding of this subject can be developed.
1.2 Significance of the Study
The world is facing different kinds of modification and globalisation. Because of the globalisation, the market competition has risen a lot, which is very harmful to the health of the different business organisation. The members of the human resource management are facing different problems in implementing strategies that can be beneficial for the growth and development of a specific organisation.
That is why the emergence of the new technologies is really needed for the different organisation because through them the organisations can produce works in a lot less time. Besides that, the 5G services of the internet can open a completely new world towards business organisations. Because of all these reasons, the organisations should really focus on the different aspects of the 5G services (Rost et al., 2017). The negative and positive aspects related to it should be thrown light upon as well before the implementation of the service. That is why conducting this research is really very significant.

2: Literature Review
Concept of 5G
In the 21st century, it is quite a common and natural thing for everyone to have cell phones in their hands and it has created an ambivalent impact on our daily lives as well as in the world of business.
Now, 5G is on its way to be launched in the market.
Positive Impacts of 5G on business
It is believed that 5G will
ing a bygone change in the world of business, which is believed to be a piece of good news for the engulfed business tycoons or the entrepreneurs. This is going to help in enhancing the communication system a lot. The accelerated connection and the better coverage of the 5G network will help in the communication between the clients and the business owners and the co-workers more easily. The high-speed internet will allow the team of an organisation to effectuate a lot more things in a short while, in the field of business (Schneir et al., 2019).
Negative Impacts of 5G on business
Like any other things, 5G also has some good and bad impacts on our lives. 5G usage can accelerate the risks of having cancer, infertility; neurological imbalance and so on as these effects on the health is evident and visible due to the exposure of the higher radiations. Not only that, but it can also severely damage the tissues that will eventually be a cause of premature ageing and the tissues being deteriorated gradually. The negative of the usage of 5G can be a cause for the distu
ance in cell metabolism (da Silva et al., 2016).
Significance of Human Resource Management on Business
The common objective of any organisation is to upgrade the performance of the organisations from all the possible aspects. Technology is necessary for the organisations and their business policies (Teece, 2017). The economic boost is now on the top in the priority list for any organisation. That is why the motto of any human resource management is to be successful economically and have their goal is set to the profitability objectives only, and they are working to reach that goal.
2.1 Concept of 5G
In the 21st century, it is quite a common and natural thing for everyone to have cell phones in their hands and it has created an ambivalent impact on our daily lives as well as in the world of business. In this generation, a person literally cannot live without using cell phones and their need is high-speed internet, as everything is moving fast, so do the lives of people. In relation to that, people were desperate for the high-speed internet on their cellular devices (Tullberg et al., 2016). In order to oversee the needs of the targeted consumers, at first 3G was invented, but with the gradually increasing needs of the customers, the business personas decided to introduce 4G in the market.
Now, 5G is on its way to be launched in the market. It is basically a 5th generation networking architecture that is wireless and it is known to give three times more speed juxtapose to its forerunner 4G, which will
ing a historical change in the world of business and in the lives of people. Though 5G is not in use vigorously as much as 4g, it has been in usage from late 2018, mostly in the arena of business (Dai et al., 2015).
2.2 Positive Impacts of 5G on business
It is believed that 5G will
ing a bygone change in the world of business, which is believed to be a piece of good news for the engulfed business tycoons or the entrepreneurs. This is going to help in enhancing the communication system a lot. The accelerated connection and the better coverage of the 5G network will help in the communication between the clients...
