Introduction 
Digital literacy is the need of the hour in the spheres of almost every industry. The 
health care industry, in specific is in need of such literacy for the sake of improving itself for 
ensuring that the entire process of care-giving goes through a phase of positive evolution. In 
many developed nations the incorporation of digital literacy into the health care model is now 
a reality and this reality has to be embraced by the health care system of Canada. Hence, 
considering the need of the Canadian health care to become more digitally learned and 
advanced that this research study would aim at determining the level of digital literacy in 
Canadian health care system and at finding ways in which such level can be enhanced.  
Aims and Objectives 
The primary aim of the research paper would be to ascertain the level of digital 
literacy in the sphere of Canadian health care. The primary objective of the research paper 
would be to find answers to the following research questions: 
1. What is the condition of digital literacy in Canadian health care? 
2. What are the latest research problems and quality issues that have existed in the health 
care system in Canada? 
3. What can be done to bring about improvement in digital literacy in the realm of 
Canadian health care?

Digital skills have now become issue of paramount importance in the health care
