Using the information gathered from research/other sources design a health promotion intervention to address any aspect of a problem you wish to analyze. (You are free to any examples)

2. State your Target population-Say who will be affected by the program and what will be their role in the program (5pts)

3. Write a Rationale- why is the program needed? (5pts)

4. Write your Goal- Description of the aim over a specific time period (2pts)

1. Program Description
Development of new goods to attain calorie equili
ium; nutrition knowledge; behavioral research; and the design, execution and evaluation of dietary interventions are all examples of obesity prevention initiatives that are underway. Childhood Obesity Prevention Programs are a critical public health approach in the battle against childhood obesity and their implementation in schools is a significant component of this strategy (Flattum et al., 2021).
A recent systematic analysis of obesity prevention interventions in schools discovered 115 programs that had relatively good evidence of efficacy, according to the authors. Overarching objective of obesity prevention is to generate, via targeted social change, an environment-behavioral synergy that will promote the attainment. It will also achieve a healthy weight across consumers and the general community.
2. Target Population
The age, at which people begin to acquire weight, was determined to be between 20 and 24 years old. A critical displacement between adolescence and adulthood occurs at this age when people began to assume responsibility for food preparation and preparation, including food planning, shopping and preparing meals.
Economic and environmental health measures must address the promotion of moderate, increased meals at the detriment of healthy alternatives, with a particular emphasis on those who are subject to increased risk that is young women and those from underprivileged backgrounds. Hence, the key focus of prevention program will be of 20 to 24 years.
