Based on the health issue/concern you have identified above you will be expected to record a video or create a PowerPoint 
presentation (5 slides max) that could be used to get the health promotion message out to the local community.   
The health promotion video needs to incorporate at least THREE action areas of the Ottawa Charter Action for Health 
Promotion and use inclusive approaches to address communities from diverse cultural background. 
This is an opportunity for you to transfer primary health care theory into practice 
through using digital technology when promoting health and wellbeing.
your self‐developed video or presentation needs to include: 
• A short introduction where you introduce yourself and topic. 
• At least three action areas of the Ottawa Charter for Health need to be identified and discussed.       
Focusing on how the health issue should be addressed under these action areas at the local level.  
• The video will be less than 10 minutes long.

throughout.

ACTION AREA-1 (Environmental)
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus – 2 (SARS-CoV-2), a novel coronavirus has rapidly spread to more than 215 countries causing coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 pandemic. Nearly 0.75 million people out of 20 million confirmed cases have died in COVID-19 as of 10th August 2020. The transmission of SARS-CoV-2 mainly occurs through close contact of persons infected with COVID-19, however, the airborne route of transmission is now considered as well.  For transporting patients with COVID-19 a pre-established preferential route should be used to minimize the exposure for healthcare professionals. The transport personnel should follow standard precautions like wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). The patient can remove the mask only when the procedure starts (Chang, Harding, Zachreson, Cliff,  & Prokopenko, 2020). 
ACTION AREA-2 (Behavioural)
stringent policies on social distancing were adopted by countries worldwide. However, this reduction had to pay great economic and societal costs. physical distancing had placed additional pressure on society as some households were at risk of social isolation. The restrictions had to ease in an attempt that societal burdens must get reduced. Different exit strategies have been developed for easing the restrictions like application-based contact tracing in combination with self-isolation and rapid testing, random testing to detect an increased number of asymptomatic cases, strict isolation or quarantine for the asymptomatic cases, and use of face-masks in the high-risk environment.
