It is a fact that, when an individual stays involved with their family and work then they would not get any time for addiction either with any type of alcohol or smoking. Addiction can be of various types. Drinking and smoking is not the only type of addiction, but there are other variations as well (Velander). Reading books, drinking coffee, scrolling mobile phones and staying all the time active in social media, painting, listening music and singing, smells of few things and many more also creates addiction.
