Leadership Skills that needs to be developed:
Leadership skills is a mix of both technical and soft skills blended together. A leader with good soft skills becomes very effective. Leadership is something that takes time to get good at, and something that requires a lot of practice.
 I would like to develop my group leadership skills, especially on facilitating group processes. This would not only help me to be a good leader but also help the group as a whole to achieve the task and help the group members achieve their personal goals in the professional field.
