    Kelsey Wells is a personal trainer, a wife and a mother, who changes her lifestyle after giving birth to her first child. She started eating healthily and followed an exercise plan to increase her fitness. She had no idea that this change in her lifestyle would completely change her course of life. She becomes completely transformed and later, she became a certified trainer with expertise in post-natal training (Kelsey Wells, 2019). She believes in empowering and strengthening through fitness. Through her PWR (power) gym-based programme, which provides daily healthy advices on her blog, she promotes fitness among women, especially mothers. She believes that building healthy lifestyles makes women unstoppable.
Nutrition Advice
    Kelsey Wells emphasises on eating a healthy diet. As mentioned by Ebadiani Siahpoosh, Nasrabadi, Hosseini and Isfahani (2017), a healthy diet is related to good physical health. Eating healthy meals in a daily routine can help in body shaping. Kelsey believes that healthy eating is a fuel for the body, which not only nourishes the person but also makes them feel good. Kelsey believes in eating nutrition dense diet with strict limitation to the calorie intake. Her meal plan consists of all the nutrients necessary for daily intake. Her meals consist of clean and unprocessed food like protein pancakes.
She is a big fan of green salad, which is one of the main foods in her lunch. As noted by Ba
ion, Hurtada and Yee (2015), green salad is a nutritious food good for the digestive system. It provides roughage, minerals, and vitamins for the body. Green salad is a light food and fills the stomach. Kelsey emphasises eating three meals in a day with healthy snacks in between. Kelsey believes eating healthy food gives a woman’s body a chance to rejuvenate. It makes the skin beautiful and flawless. Good diet and a healthy body have a direct relationship. As mentioned by Suher, Raghunathan and Hoyer (2016), people who changes their eating habits and switch to a healthy diet instead of junk food, improves the quality of their life. Eating junk food is responsible for many kinds of diseases in the body, the main one being obesity. Obesity is a root to many chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disorder and
eathing problems. People who switch from unhealthy eating habits to healthy eating habits have shown the improvement in quality of life.
