When it comes to forming self-identity, I am more inclined towards an inside-out approach. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss a few elements which help me achieve this personal goal.
To date, throughout my short life, I have always been involved in self-introspection to analyze my actions and follow a feedback loop. The benefit of having a feedback loop for myself is that I do not have to depend on someone to rectify my mistakes. I ponder over them in real-time and decide my present or future actions accordingly. It helps me always be mindful and aware of what I am doing. My strong sense of values helps in this regard. A well-organized value system operating in my mind helps me direct my attention, energy, and time into only those on my priority list. I reorganize my priorities depending on my new and changing experiences daily. Thus, I do not restrict my growth. Instead, I prefer flexibility in my definitions to suit my requirements.
