In this case there are many sedentary lifestyles that the patient has to take in order to survive stroke and lifestyle changes are very important to be safe and secured from the underlying issues that can be helpful for the patient to live a healthy lifestyle. Physical activity and regular medical check-ups are very important in case of maintaining a proper lifestyle (Adeoye et al., 2019). There are certain physical activities and exercises that are prescribed for the patient to practice because it with initiate blood flow into the system and I will induce strength to the body. It is very important to indulge into aerobics and strength training and other regular exercises like jogging or morning walks. This kind of activities can be prescribed at least 27 days later after the stroke survival. After 1-3 months of stroke, it is prescribed for the patients to indigent to other exercises and strength training. This training will facilitate regular cardiovascular exercises by reducing the risk.
