The Hillsboro Country Home Health Agency (HCHHA) is a non-profit organization and plan to serve people in their home environment. An environment where the patients are most familiar and comfortable, and they aim to prevent disease or reduce the effect of non-avoidable illness in a community (rightathome.net, 2019). They also help in improving the daily life of people by providing sound advice to individual, family, and community. It also looks after the people with disabilities under the same terms and condition as any other patients under their care. It was founded in 1946 to help the local community, and now it is supporting a more significant group or community than it previously did.
. Vision statement
The vision of (HCHHA) is to help the citizen to improve their daily life and help build a healthy community. The company is responsible for providing quality-nursing facility to the ordinary citizen with the most cost-effective manner (rightathome.net, 2019). It is also planned to improve the area of operation and the quality of services as well.

The help an individual in his or her home environment.

To look after the people with disabilities and illness with the best manner possible.

    Strengths

iii. Plenty of resources or funds are reserved for putting in use in difficult situations. These can act as a backup to the company’s operations in times of miscalculations.
    Weaknesses
i. The management system is not sufficient to handle the modern working environment. It is ill-equipped and not updated to feel small and medium operations for the company.
ii. The governance of HCHHA is not running the board of directors efficiently, and the corporate structure is complex; hence there is a lot of chance in conflict.
iii. Although the company has a lot of stock in reserve, the resent study suggests that there is a low fund inflow into the organization.
    Threats
i. Competitors are catching up to the level of operations, and they are adapting to modern standards.
ii. In recent times there were many complaints regarding quality standards of the service provided. It is not providing good quality like it used to.
iii. The recent balance sheet updates show a low cash flow into the system and misuses of the company’s funds
    Opportunities
i. Given its rich heritage and goodwill, it can expand itself beyond the boundaries of one particular area or state.
ii. There are a lot of possibilities with the amount of stock it holds reserve and has the potential to go even further with its operations.
iii. The technological advancement cannot be matched by the other private party, hence giving the organization an unprecedented superiority among all the organizations.
