In today's world everything is changing at a rapid pace and thus the development of the society and everything is also happening in fast growth. The COE as referred to the Center for Operational Excellence have been engaged to deal with every functionality of the hospital operations and management. The senior director Doug Dulin believe that following the kaizen in process enhancement have fetched them huge reputation where they had been utilizing resources without wasting any. With the maximum preferable choice of service takers, ACH has earned a good position in Northeast Ohio and has been viewed as the largest children hospital.
