Introduction
Management is a vital thing that is required in almost everything that is constituted but good management is necessary in order to coordinate the appropriate, efficient, and sustainable approach in providing services to the community. Good management help in the efficient synchronization of the key resources related with the service provision including finances, human resources, hardware, and the process aspects of care delivery. The management system coordinates all the necessary and relevant things that combine to form a proper system. In this paper the good management and the leadership in general is portrayed and then the relevant considerations for the management of relationship with the patients and the district teams and several other aspects are discussed. In the healthcare contexts management is utter important seeking the whole chain that is included in the operation process.
Managers and Leaders
Management and leadership both are the most prominent and important qualities in the delivery of the good health service. Though the management and leadership are considered as the same outlook but they are way different in the terms of skills and behaviors. The managers need to be good leaders in order to make their decisions capitalize in the organization while a leader without captive management skills are ineffective in the terms of sequencing the process (Apps, 2021). Both the leaders and the managers need to portray some prominent characteristics in order to be effective.
Qualities of a Good leade
· Have a sense of Mission- the most important thing in the context is a leader should be aware of the sense of the mission that implies a leader should have complete knowledge regarding the mission.
· Charismatic- the leaders must be charismatic that implies that a leader should be able to influence and motivate the employees with their personal qualities and skills. Leaders should be such who are able to influence their employees and the workforce.
· Influencer- the leaders need to be a good influencer who can influence the people as well as its followers to work for a common cause, so that the goals can be achieved collectively (Chiew & Ismail, 2017).
· Decisive- the leaders need to possess the decisive qualities so that they would be able to take the decisions when required. Decision making quality is very necessary that makes a leader different from others.
· Use Creative Problem Solving Method- a leader need to be visionary and he must use creative ways to solve the problem in order to maintain a positive work environment and promoting better care.
Attributes Required in a Manage
· Clarity of Purpose and Tasks- one of the most important attribute that a manager must possess is he should have the clarity regarding the purpose and the tasks a manager must be aware of the reason behind the task and the goals that need to be achieved.
· Good Organizational Skills- a manager must have good organizational skills that implies that a manger is able to organize the things efficiently and coordinate accordingly.
· Ability to Communicate Tasks- a manager should be able to communicate tasks to its subordinates and the workforce so that an effective results could be obtained through the process. Communication is very necessary to impart the right duty to the right person with the right details
· Ability to Negotiate- a manager must have the quality to negotiate various administrative and regulatory processes as they are the one who are the direct in charge of a process. Negotiation is a very important aspect related to the managerial roles.
· Good Delegation Skills- a manager must have good delegation skills which would help in ca
ying the works with an ease.
Conditions of Good Management
