playing key role in the health care services is HHS.
HHS is American government’s main agency for the purpose of protecting health of
the Americans as well as providing them essential human health care services, specifically for
the one who are hardly able to help themselves. HHS is the agency that represents almost
quarter of the all the federal outlays which is more than combined granted dollars for all the
other federal health agencies. HHS medical programs are the nation’s biggest health insurer
