Goal: Students will create individual tombstones marking the lives and achievements of leading scientist and innovators in chemistry and physics. Together, these tombstones will form a classroom “Virtual” graveyard.
Instructions: You will choose (based on your name) a scientist or innovator that has contributed for the field of physics. Then you will create an aesthetically pleasing (nice-looking) tombstone complete with the following information (written co

Nationality

Date of death
Three “bullet points” (facts) about he
his achievements.
These can include discoveries, inventions, awards, or achievements as related to the fields of physics.
Epitaph (a
ief piece of prose commemorating the deceased; can be a single sentence)
Illustrations/Pictures of both the scientist and at least 2 images of their work. (3 total)
Must include 2 reference/websites for collected information on the back of your tombstone (references must be cited, don’t just write Wikipedia or google)
Tombstone Requirements:
Must be shown on video so it may be graded.
Writing must be legible
Illustrations/Pictures must be in color to receive full credit
