Family health assessment is an important for promoting the health related services. This assessment helps to understand the structure and the style of the patient’s family which is going to provide the identifying patient centric care. There are some interview questioners to get an idea about the particular family composition, economical and social class.
The Interview Questionnaire: Focused on functional health 
1. Is it a single-family dwelling? Are there hazards in the environment? What type of heating or cooling system is being used in the home?
Yes this family living in a single family dwelling with protected environment. The maintenances done on regular basis. Water supply is ok. The care giver of this family is mother. She cook the meals on oven, induction, micro oven and stored the food in refrigerator for cooling- storage purpose.
2. Does anyone in the family smoke, use chewing tobacco, consume alcohol, or illegal drug use? 
Father Luis and his son Rubell use to smoke cigarette but no one consume alcohol or drugs on regular basis. On family get together or some times on parties the family members consumed alcohol.

By the several health related problems they could indentify then they generally visited to the hospitals, clinics or physician chamber.

Roma – mother of the family take several decisions. She utilizes most of the time in to the family and husband likes to take the economical decisions of the family.
