Introduction
LGBTQ community is one of the most struggling community in the world. They are not just fighting for their mere existence; they are struggling to make their own identity in the society. We live in the 21st century and called ourselves as modern people or advanced people, yet when comes to LGBTQ community, the attitude and behavior of people towards this community still the same as in older orthodox and Hippocratic centuries, when people asking for rights were brutally thrashed and suppressed. Transgender group is one of the struggling groups of the LGBTQ community who were shamed for their appearances since centuries. Following assignment provides the insight of the transgender community. 
An Untold Story of Transgender Community
Terminology 
	Transgender are the people that do not have regular gender identity, which is either male or female. They belong to the third unspecified gender as they have transmale and transfemale features. As suggested by Reisner, Keatley and Baral (2016), since they have unique sexual orientation, transgender was referred using many terminologies like hermaphrodite, homosexual, asexual and bisexual. Transgender community includes many kinds of individuals like bigender, pangender, genderqueer, agender, and genderfluid. 
	Transgender is not a new gender, which had developed with the course of evolution of the humanity over the period. Since the ancient civilization, there was existence of the transgender, although this terminology was not used as often and aloud in the society. As noted by Stryker (2017), the first terminology used to refer these people was transvestite, which was coined in 1910 by German sexologist Magnus Hirschfield; this term was later replaced with term called cross dresser. In 1990s, polygender term was very famous in USA to refer to these people. In 1949, transsexual term was coined to refer to these people. Transgender was finally coined in 1971,
