Overview
As we know, the brain, the body & the environment are in a mutual relation. Each of them describes as a little system, brain is connected to the body and body is connected to the environment. It means everything is connected and we should not be looking at body in isolation from the brain and brain in isolation from the environment. 
Sensorimotor Approach:
Perception in this view is not separable from action and we could say the particular form of body, its disposition becomes crucial in our ability to perceive and act, so our skills become crucial. 
Deep Lessons from Shallow Bodies:
1. We have to stop thinking of mind as something that happens in the head.
