Steps required to schedule a patient encounter
Step 1:  Go to the patient finder tab on OpenEMR. 
Step 2: Select the patient, who will be assigned to the schedule.
Step 3: After clicking on the patient name, a new tab called Dashboard will be opened. On the right side of the tab, there will be few sections like "appointment", "recurrent appointments" and "immunizations". Need to click on the "Add" option beside the section "Appointments".
