A comparison of what I have learned from this particular case study about the theories I have studied
This particular case study was mainly about a woman who graduated with a master's degree in the nursing domain. Furthermore, it has been observed that she received work at the community hospital locally in the ICU division and because of her few weeks of practice, some of the individuals working over there questioned her in terms of becoming a nurse. It is one of the most significant challenges that she faced with the other nurses because they had a lot of experienced but had a lower qualification than Natalie. Two significant theories can be used for highlighting the challenges faced by her such as 'Role Theory' and 'Conflict Theory'.
