As per the Ted talk, in order to communicate well individual should stop thinking about violence. Most of the individual did not acknowledge about their violence because were ignorant about it; they assume that they are not violent because of their vision of violence is one of fighting, killing, beating, and wars the type of things that average individuals do not do. Hence, in order to converse in a better way, individual should show empathy and emotional attachment (Rosenberg and Chopra).
