Section 10
1. The doctrine of neoliberals perceives free trade economies to merge together in globalized world. The concept is driven form the theory that the world is a small place to extend the limits of global fraternity and every nation has the right to strengthen its economy through the means of common sustainability goals set forward. In the context of American economy, neoliberals are more like the implication of American Free Trade Agreement between Mexico, Canada and America in 1994. The consequences of this activity in 1990s have resulted in a great migration of cheap labor force from Mexico to United States (Gonzalez, pg. 250). The neoliberal model worked during this era in the form of social movements, encouraging the protest related to the uplifting the economic level of common people in nations like Venezuela and Brazil—the movement against Venezuelan president in 1998 is the example of the same (Gonzalez, pg. 250).
2. The emergence of free trade zones allows people of one state to freely wander to the other regions of the world in the name of doing business. The concept is now new because in the history, the use of Silk Route to promote intercontinental business was done between China and Europe. The same free trade zones are made in the modern context of business where the convenient options are provided to the people who wished to have better opportunities and future in the host nation offering low wage jobs (Harvest of Empire, 252). An example of the same can be seen in the form of the migration of the Latin Americans to the United States after the free trade zones were made in the two. The economic treaty in 1994 as the formation of the American Free Trade zone allowed Mexican people to find better employments in United States than their host nation. It resulted in a massive migration of Mexican population to United States. It also permitted the Mexican industries to sell their products in the USA markets to earn that extra profit that they were willing to gain for a long time.
Section 11
1. The structural violence in the central regions of American states is stemmed from the decades of foreign policy implementation. In the name of establishing peace after a long struggle against anarchy in these states, the US military intervention could
ing the state of peace and refined preservation of the democratic values. However, the military interventions simply led to the compromise made over the rights of people especially the women and children. While women were deprived of working outside home premises, the concepts of child labor also emerged out of nowhere. The loss of economical values, belief in extremist philosophy, and decline of democratic values were some of the reasons that encouraged military strength of US in the Central America. At the same time, it enforced military power to actually establish their autonomous rule in this region (Booth, Wade & Walker, 213). The rise of military intervention in this way led to the implementation of the unspoken rights which were totally in command of the military powers. They were free to take any action, whatsoever it may be, against the common public specially against the women living in the contemporary society.
2. The cu
ent state of Honduras as political stabilizing nation can be observed by the polls held in 2013. The nation...
