Ans 1.  Evidence based practices (EBP) and research is an integrated part of modern healthcare practices. In EBP integration the importance of patient values and the healthcare remains in priority and it allows safe nursing practices to provide optimum patient care.  It’s a core part of the professional practice to disseminate the achieved results and gathered information via publishing the articles in the linked journal or by presenting the achieved results in the related health care conference.  Each of the two choices (either the journal of health care conference) is the best option to disseminate the results and it helps in achieving the crucial industry designation, improve the healthcare operations and to provide the essential core to the organization. Since my capstone project is on the topic, “Fall prevention in the Geriatrics population with mental illness” the professional journal I choose to disseminate my work is “The Journal of Aging and Health”. It’s a peer reviewed international journal with an impact factor of 3.213 so, my results achieve the significance and recognition at international level. The reason why I considered this journal as the best choice to disseminate my new knowledge is that this journal included the articles related to the intricate and dynamic relationship between gerontology and health.
