Part 1: Distribution Strategy
McDonald's current distribution strategy is primarily located at their restaurant, they also have restaurant kiosk and McDonald's mobile app available. I really do not see a disconnect at this time.
- The best distribution at this time has been primarily been it's restaurant location although some improvements have been made with third party apps for those without transportation, those who are at work, and some who just want to stay inside such as Uber Eats, Door dash, and Bite Squad.
- This organization will not have a retail outlet, but is still progressing tremendously with building more allowing franchises to expand.
- They are in every geographical area. They are in every state and in multiple cities. They are also in other countries.

Distribution Strategy
Tesla distributingbegins and ends with the Tesla owned and control facilities. Tesla corporation not only designs and builds the vehicles, but only sell’s the vehicles at its own dealerships. Tesla utilizes this strategy in order to maintain qualitycontrol over their vehicles. Limiting the number of the of dealerships and thus being able to control how Tesla vehicles are marketed. This helps to createatmosphereof elitism when it comes to how the public see’s Teslavehicles.
Regarding geography, Tesla ensures that Tesla vehicles are sold at major cities in limited number of dealerships. Tesla dealerships are located in trending locations such major outdoor malls where new models can be seen by the public. When it comes to the dealerships themselves, they tend to be small showrooms with very few actual vehicles. This is done in order to be able to place the dealerships in locations such next to movie theaters and clothing stores. Making the dealerships small enables people who are not looking to purchases a vehicle to see a Tesla model up close without having to drive to a large traditionaldealership
