The speciality organisations in Australian health care selected for discussion purpose is Victorian Aboriginal community controlled health organisation Inc. (VACCHO). Its services are directed for the health and wellbeing of aboriginal people living in Victoria, Australia. The value of this organisation can be understood from the fact that it is targeting and catering aboriginal people living in the state. Such targeting of aboriginal people is usually not done by every health care organisation. This is so because VACCHO believes that aboriginal people should not be ignored as they hold significant cultural identity and an essential community of the world as well. They are one of the major sources of strength in overall community framework of the state and having strong impact on overall integrity.
