The marketing strategy here needs to be very coherent as it would be based on public opinion and 
needs to adjust very soon to the public reaction and promise. It has been seen over the years that strong 
marketing strategies in a poll campaign tends to fall flat when realty dawns. We can take example of 
Obamacare which was marketed so well during the tenure, however when the public perception changed 
it is this approach which killed the whole system.
