Nursing Shortage:
 Nursing shortage is an issue which needs serious introspection as it affects patient care and well-being directly. Few major factors for this issue is aging nurses who gets retired or is about to retire, limited resources to hire new nursing staffs, job dissatisfaction and nurse burnout due to imbalance in nurse to patient ratio and also these days it is seen that there is decrease in students taking up nursing as a career after high school. All these factors needs to be addressed at each level to tackle this issue as it is key to healthcare quality.
