Diabetes is one of the commonest public health issues which occurs in the lives of people even though they understand that they will lead a compromised life afar they have it. The understanding of diabetes and both of is types is often promoted through public health interventions but still, the outcomes of it are not as much expected as the healthcare service providers believe they should be.

It must be noted that diabetes is quite preventable, if healthcare norms are promoted in people (Bullard et al, 2020). 
It is one of the diseases that requires public participation at active level rather than clinical interventions. 
When it comes to certain diseases like diabetes, people need to change their lifestyle norms and that can be done through promotions and raising the level of public awareness programs about how to lead a diabetes free life.
