Most of the people are affected with different healthcare issues and problems. As per the report of American Stroke Association (2020) most of the people in US is facing different mental and physical problems due to stroke. Stroke considered one of the leading cause for the disability among the old and young people. They are different ways for coping with the stroke and the selecting and application of the method is based in the nature of the patient. American Stroke Association (2020) also stated that high blood pressure is major reason for the stroke. In this research paper we are considering the preliminary care coordination plan for managing the issues related to stroke.
Physical Consideration for Stroke
Most of medical researchers stated that stroke created different problems to the body of the person. It weakens the muscle and also create problem in sensation. Physical deconditioning and sedentary lifestyles are common among stroke survivors. Changes in the lifestyle can be called as the effective way for preventing the stroke. We have to engage in different physical exercise activities. Physical inactivity is quite common following a stroke. The reviewed data strongly supports the use of exercise training (including aerobic and strength training) for stroke survivors (Bell et al 2021). Exercise training increases functional capacity, the ability to conduct everyday tasks, and quality of life, while also lowering the risk of recurrent cardiovascular events.
