Introduction
Creutzfeldt- Jakob disease (CJD) is considered a degenerative
ain disorder that leads to dementia and death. Considering the disease it is observed that it may occur spontaneously, be inherited, or be transmitted by contact with the infected tissue considering the situations like transplant or from eating contaminated meat. In this paper, CJD is taken as the major disease. It is one of the most unobvious types of dementia that gets worse unusually fast. The several symptoms imply that a person has CJD and the symptoms include loss of memory, slu
ed speech, and many more. The symptoms also include the progressive loss of
ain function and mobility.
Clinical Presentation

Considering the CJD it is considered as one of the most fatal and degenerative diseases of the central nervous system, which is caused by the mutation of prion proteins and which clearly affects humans as well as animals. The disease has garnered immense attention in the clinical setting because of its mortality and infectivity. The clinical manifestations or the presentation of CJD illustrate that it is a rapid and progressive cognitive decline, cerebellar dysfunction, behavioral changes, and visual distu
ances. Considering the CJD it is observed that this disease is substantially misdiagnosed and there is no such cu
ent treatment for the disease. Considering the CJD it is considered that if it would be diagnosed early and easily then it would be easier to provide a time period of treatment and in avoiding unnecessary treatment (Rudge, 2018).

Along with it EEE, MRI, and spinal fluid tests are also the tests that could be used preferably in diagnosing CJD. These tests help in identifying the CJD among several patients (Green, 2019).
