Design a crane that will sit on a boat and drop a 1meter by 1 meter by 1 meter box to pick up 10cm steel balls . We need to find out what cable we need to support this weight and how the box should be designed and out of what material. The arm of the crane needs to be strong enough to support the weight of the box filled with the balls while pulling up from underwater. Report has to include specifications and include inventor drawings .

Size of the Box = 1m x 1m x 1m
Density of Steel balls = 7850 kg/m3
Diameter of the Steel Balls = 10cm = 0.1m
So, its Volume will become = 5.23 x 10-4 m3
Hence mass of One Steel Box = 4.1 kg
Maximum No of steel balls can be pulled from water = 1/5.2 x 10-4 = 1912 Steel balls
Maximum Mass that can be Added with the help of Steel Balls to the Crane = 7648 kg
