Obesity is becoming an increasingly vexing challenge for the world and New Zealand is being more affected due to it because of the exhausting resources for their public health. However, as argued by Hill et al. (2016), lifestyle of the people is largely responsible for this national as well as global issue. It is so because presently, people are becoming more sedentary than active due to the kind of professions they choose or the advancements in technology that have made their lives way easier. Children are becoming more habituated with indoor games, video games or computer games, all of which require no hectic physical activity. Excess study pressure is also curtailing their playtime (Kruger et al., 2015).
In case of adults, manual work has been largely replaced by computer automation, artificial intelligence, android applications and technology-based machineries, which in turn, are leading to an almost sedentary lifestyle. Other than these, as stated by Wilkie, Standage, Gillison, Cumming and Katzmarzyk (2016), consumption of alcoholic beverages, sweetened aerated drinks, junk fast foods, skipping meal and i
egular pattern of sleep are also contributing actively towards the increment of adiposity.
These are a major concern, which do not have an immediate and direct solution because of the extremely busy lifestyle that people have now-a-days, which rather, take away a lot of time from their daily routines and do not allow much opportunities to remain in their lives to gather time for exercise, outdoor games or physical activity (Faienza, Wang, Fruhbeck, Ga
