Politically Competent and Good Corporate Citizens 
In the context of organizational profitability, effectiveness and sustainability, it is the 
basic need of the organization that its executives must have political competent and to be good 
corporate citizens. Initially, the executives must have the honest competency by which they 
could do their duties of perform their responsibilities honestly. It would also reduce the 
possibility of errors while the characteristics of honesty would help the organization to present 
the real scenario of the organization in front of the customers and its other related stakeholders. 
The other term is the communication skills. It is also a valuable element for the executives 
because it would help to make the effective communication with the related people to resolve the 
issues related to the organization.  
It would also enhance the capability of the organization by the mutual delivery of 
effective information without any fault. The communication skill would also help the executive 
to be a good corporate citizen because in the organization there are several people who perform 
huge duties and responsibilities that requires the continuous flow of information.  
Hence, if the executive is excellent communicator, then he or she could be able to make 
the non breakable flow of communication between the first line employees and top level of 
decision makers in the organization. In the reference of knowledge, the executive should be
