Two technical feature of 2G GSM: 
 Primary function of the 2 G GSM was to enable a process that would process larger 
capability to achieve then the 1st of generation of analogue systems. Through TDAM 
(Time Division Multiple Access Approach), GSM has achieved this. The BTS (Base 
Transceiver Stations) are ordered into different little groups, controlled by a BSC 
(Base Station Controller) which is normally located by one of the Base Transceiver 
Stations. The Base Transceiver Stations with its associated Transceiver Stations is 
term the BSS ( base station subsystem). 
 Through ciphering of the digitally encoded speech, it was adopt to keep privacy.
