The inequality in relation to pay is mainly a difference between the remuneration of the two persons working in the same place. The inequality can be made differently in a workplace among which one is gender pay inequality. It is generally made while doing payment of wage to the men and women. It is been generally seen that women’s are paid less than that of men. The pay gap can became a problem in terms of public policy rather than that the gap is made entirely voluntarily.
