DB ACCT XXXXXXXXXXincome tax Tax Law complexity - Tax law is determined by Congress (Not the IRS). The IRS only enforces the law Congress makes. However, it's widely known that many Congressman find the tax law to complex and have a CPA prepare their taxes. As you can probably see by now, the tax law IS very complex. With that said, do you think there will someday be a "Flat Tax" of some sort and it would be so easy to figure you taxes that a Cave man could do it?Explain your reasoning.

No, there is no chance that the congress would propose “Flat tax systems” reason
eing that such system is not reasonable because it assumes that every person has the same
ability and income to pay tax at a certain fixed rate. It is very obvious that those people
whose income level is lower can't afford to pay higher tax which is not a case with those
having higher income. “Flat tax system” is also not suitable for the government as the
evenue of the government will fall drastically as the fix tax rate will not allow the
government to earn...
