The potential impact of the new framework is that it promotes strategic thinking and innovation. The stakeholders in the process are affected both positively and negatively. The system reduces the responsibility of the employers. The employers have the free will to have more effective control over the employees and allow both employment types. This allows strategic thinking and responsibility for the employees (Greer & Virginia).
