Introduction
Through the utilization of Schewart’s cycle checklist, it is possible to solve the problem faced within an organization through the utilization of ‘Do’, ‘Check’ and ‘Act’ categories. Schewart’s PDCA cycle is normally utilized while ensuring coordination and enhancing improvement efforts. The cycle provides an emphasis and a demonstration that improvement programs have to be planned carefully as the first stage of ensuring change. Through this, an effective action is utilized to ensure change after a careful planning in a continuous cycle.
