At the workplace, my energy level always goes from low to high, when any task is given. I seek to explore the facts and related information, use my strategy to find out the probable solutions, implement knowledge and skill to work until I get the solution. Thus, an energy graph in my case would be the inclusion and direct proportionate of energy levels and energy dynamics. Intensity levels describe strategies whereas energy dynamics define my abilities to handle a task.

Two of my strengths based on energy dynamics and intensity are, I am keen to explore and examine by being natural and easy-going. My challenges are, I am still learning to excel in a number of fields and I need to be efficient to execute things independently. I sometimes am tensed about situations, which shows my intensity level of stress.
