I was a beginner in the field of nursing. I was appointed in the intense care unit for the first time and it was my orientation program that day. I was not prepared to deal with the physicians directly or individually in such an initial period of my working tenure. I also had no prior experience of working in an intensive care unit. 
I had come to the workplace earlier than everyone else had and there was just no one else other than a very experienced senior staff. I knew from my crewmembers that she had a very different and unjustifiable attitude towards fellow nurses. I kept silence after greeting her and tried to maintain a professional distance. However, she came towards me and asked me, to hand over my notebook to her. I did not like her gesture but gave it to her.
