Threats of new entrants:
The new entrants are considered one of the major aspects for Amazon because the new entrants can impact sales (Dobbs, M., 2014). The customers can switch to new sources due to the lower cost of switching but the cost of brand development for new entrants is very high so it is expected that the new entrants will not be a major issue for future growth and in the next 3 years the company is expected to achieve 17% sales growth which is not expected to impacted by new entrants.
