Bolívar’s mission as per the Proclamation of 1831 was to stand against the partial ruling policies of Spanish authorities in Latin American region during mid 1800s. in fact, the need of the revolution was surging due to the ingoing manipulation of the natural as well as men based sources. The foul posing of taxes, extra levied crop production and the constant maltreatment of the rulers was becoming the cause of social unrest in this region.
