Comparing and Contrasting of two change theories and its implications:
The changes theories help in motivating nursing as a profession. In fact, the change theories help to keep all the participants in one level and helps them to comprehend correctly about what is expected out of them at work. The two change theories that I would like to discuss here is the Lewin’s 3 stage theory and Lippet’s seven phase theory. In the first one it comprises of three stages namely unfreezing, moving and refreezing as per the stages of the change necessity, occurrence and its equilibrium in the system. This cycle may repeat itself as per the need.
