The study has provided in-depth overview about the role of community and its overall impact on the society. With the progress of globalization, people have to face innumerable challenges in order to spend out a good social life. In being a part of society, community needs to act several activities for the quest of maximizing the well-being of people. 1. What does a community need in order to maximize the well-being of its people and enable them to attain their full potential?
    The underlining concept community implies on how a large or a smaller scale of social unit has its common interests in terms of their norms, social rituals and thoughts. Burns and Santos (2016) stated that the responsibility of community is to educate every single person belonging to the group so that people can lead the World towards development. Community needs to promote the concepts of UN, which encourages society for maintaining friendly relationship with each other and achieve international harmonization and cooperation. Community should not show their biased attitude towards poor and rich. In order to reach the door of global success the community people needs to front their human right first. Skillful and talented employees belonging to the society need to get employability opportunity (Bennet et al. 2016). The society should not discriminate the World as per cultural or racial background of the people. In the various activities like community engagement people need to share their discussion regarding increasing the rate of employability opportunity, gender equality and so many. As a result, the society will be directed towards a right path. In numerous cases, women are often ignored in getting a higher position of an organization due to their numerous special reasons like maternity leaves and so on. In such unavoidable situations, the business experts have to face immense challenges in replacing any substitute.
