Ans. Once a company’s data becomes so large that it is difficult to manage, SharePoint comes in handy. For a company newly implementing SharePoint and Exchange Online, it is very important for the company to manage its data as SharePoint allows all employees to collaboratively work on common data. First ensure that there is one central server with all the information needed. Next, to successfully implement and manage international clients, keep detailed policies in handy for clients of different companies and US separately, the end-user devices can be managed centrally such that information related to particular clients is shared in the individual devices, and intermixing needs to be avoided. Also, a statement of operations (S.O.O.) can be created to describe the environment of the SharePoint to the various stakeholders or clients from different countries.
