Read the scenario given below. Select a setting between the community services, specify the type of service, or at a school.
Expand on the scenario and create information as if you were working in a diverse workplace. If you are working or have been on work placement in a suitably diverse workplace, you can use information about that workplace.
If you use information about real workplace, always use a different name so the organisation cannot be identified. This is extremely important, and it is called deidentifying the data.

Q1.
The two cultures that are completely different from my culture are Indian culture and Chinese culture. The two languages that are different from the specified Australian English are Hindi and Chinese. The two disabilities that may be represented in the workplace are lower back disorders and depressions. These are among the most common and most prevalent disabilities in the workplace.
Q2.
The differences in culture, language, and disabilities can be valued in the workplace by assembling and creating inclusive policy and inclusiveness in the workplace. The difference in all the aspects could be valued if in the company there would be appropriate policy and guidelines for diversity management and channelization. The difference in these aspects would be managed if the actions and the policies regarding it would be subsequent and favorable.

As I am from Australia and I subsequently follows the Australian culture yet my own culture can negatively influence my ability to incorporate inclusive work practices in several ways-
· As every culture have some unique behavior and style that is reflected in the behavior of the person belonging to the culture as a matter of fact I am not able to adjust to the behavior and style of my colleagues from different backgrounds.
· Another negative influence that I could observe in terms of inclusiveness is the way I respond to certain aspects and things would be completely different from the other colleagues from different backgrounds.
· Another influence would be the way I would be creating and dealing with the relationships would be completely different from the others which may create some kind of subsequent issues.
